speechless thursday

Happy International Women Day to all ! Encik-encik yang melangut depan blog ni sila keluar sekarang. 

I never knew that today is so-called women day until someone posted in the twitter. As what I remembered, it was in August three years ago which was the same day with my brother's birthday. Is the date irregular? That's not important anyway, with people being forgetful about this very women's day doesn't mean that my mom is gonna stop her nagging-hobby. 

I've been overwhelmed by a question. That's the women's day, would I be celebrated too then? 
Thanks to a Czech guy who surprised me with a red rose. *ok dah, Sara sila sedar dari mimpi.

tukar karier

Eh koranggg (gaya Fateen cakap) Sara has changed her field. Terjun ke bidang kulinari. Ewah.

Atas permintaan ramai, entry kali ni bertemakan makanan *sound poyo macam banyak follower* Hey budak batch, kalau korang tak baca entry ni, siap lah, penat aku menaip.

Taraa.... Fruit cheese chocolate cupcake. Hmm nama tak boleh panjang lagi? Ni nama aci letak je. 

Ingredient untuk kek (compatible for approximately 20 cupcakes)

1/2 ketul butter
2 biji telur
1 cawan tepung gandum (aku measure pakai bekas blender)
1 cawan gula
1/2 serbuk koko
1 full teaspoon baking powder
1 full teaspoon soda bicarbonate
2 sudu makan yogurt natural
1/2 cawan susu segar (adjust ikut keadaan acuan)

Ingredient ni hasil influence Mama dan Nureen. Thanks to both of you sebab I learnt this through your words. 

Cara-cara :


Blend gula. Then, blend telur, ganti method pukul, penat kot nak pukul telur maka blend je, mudah. Campur keduanya, kacau sampai sebati pakai whipper. Pastu taruk butter. Kacau sampai butter betul-betul cair dan sebati dengan mixture tadi. Then, letak baking powder and sodium bicarbonate, tepung, dan kacau. Letak yogurt, serbuk koko dan susu. Kacau sampai sebati. Curahkan adunan ke dalam cup dan bakar dalam oven sampai masak. Suhu kasi taram je asal masak. Nak cepat, guna high temperature tapi kalau takut hangit, pakai 10 degree, haaa lusa baru masak.


Untuk frosting, aku pakai whipping cream (smetana) and cheese cream (tvaroh). Gula, smetana and tvaroh (ini bahasa Czech, malas nak tulis English sebab panjang sangat. Lagi satu, nak show off dah hebat bahasa Czech) Blend gula, campur smetana and tvaroh, kacau sampai kental. Kandungan gula depends pada cita rasa masing-masing. Frosting ni akan bagi rasa masam-masam effect daripada tvaroh.

Untuk tambah rasa masam manis, letak sos jem. Panaskan jem epal/strawberi/blueberry/plum/aprikot dan campur sikit air. Tunggu sos jadi pekat baru curah atas frosting. 

Lastly susun buah. Buah ikut cita rasa masing-masing. Memandangkan Czech takde buah durian, aku pakai kiwi, strawberi dan anggur. Balik Malaysia nanti, nak cuba pakai durian and cempedak.
